**Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis:** Adults and adolescents (12+) use one or two sprays per nostril, twice daily. Pediatric patients (5-11) use one spray per nostril, twice daily.
**Vasomotor Rhinitis:** Adults and adolescents (12+) use two sprays per nostril, twice daily.
**Important Administration:** Administer azelastine HCl nasal spray intranasally only.
**Priming:** Prime before initial use (4 sprays or until mist). If unused for 3+ days, reprime (2 sprays or until mist). Avoid eye contact.
Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray (137 mcg) is an antihistamine for intranasal use. It contains 0.1% azelastine hydrochloride in an aqueous solution (pH 6.8 ± 0.3) with benzalkonium chloride, citric acid anhydrous, dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, edetate disodium, hypromellose, purified water, and sodium chloride.
Each metered spray delivers 0.137 mL (137 mcg azelastine HCl, 125 mcg azelastine base). Each bottle provides 200 sprays.
